  • 2
    Bunches of Asparagus
  • 1 Cup
    Red Grape Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup
    Yellow Grape Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup
Sciabica's Sevillano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup
    Sciabica's 4 Star Balsamic
  • 1/2 Teaspoon
    Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Garlic Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. By hand, snap all of the asparaguses. This will ensure you do not have any spears that are hard to chew through.

  2. In a bowl, mix the following ingredients:

Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan.

  3. Spread all of the asparagus and tomatoes onto a non-stick baking sheet.

  4. Spread the sauce in the bowl over the asparagus and tomatoes on the non-stick pan.

  5. Mix the Asparagus, tomatoes, and sauce together.

  6. Place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes at 425°F.

  7. When done, remove the baking sheet from the oven, plate the asparagus and tomatoes, and garnish with additional parmesan cheese.
