Cool off with this refreshing, playful alternative to traditional ice cream. The tasty fusion of richness from Sciabica’s Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the sweet-tangy flavor of Sciabica’s Sweet Peach Balsamic will leave you or your guests wanting more!

  • 1/3 Cup
  • 1/3 Cup
    Heavy Cream
  • 1 Cup
    Half and Half
  • 4
    Egg Yolks, beaten
  • 1/3 Cup
    Sciabica's Orange Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup
    Chopped Pecans
  • 1
    Mint Sprig
  • 1 drizzle
    Sciabica's Sweet Peach Balsamic


  1. In a saucepan, mix Sugar, Heavy Cream, Half and Half, and Egg Yolks.

  2. Set your stove to Medium heat and pour in your EVOO while stirring.

  3. Heat until the mixture just begins to boil.

    (NOTE: Do not actually boil the mixture, we want to heat the eggs thoroughly without scrambling them.)

  4. Pour hot contents of the pan into a dish that can be frozen. Freeze ice cream overnight.

  5. Serve with chopped pecans and fresh mint garnish. Finish with a light drizzle of Sciabica's Sweet Peach Balsamic.
