This dish tastes great with chicken, turkey, pork or beef kielbasa and is awesome for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Dice all vegetables.
Pour Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Marsala or your favorite varietal) into a skillet. Add Potatoes, Onion, and Garlic. Cook over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
In another skillet, add Jalapeño Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Kielbasa over medium-high heat. Cook until Kielbasa is browned.
Add Bell Peppers to the skillet with the Kielbasa and sauté for 3-5 Minutes.
Combine the contents of both skillets and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring regularly.
