Cilantro Lime Shrimp Skewers

  • 20 Pieces
    Large Shrimp or Prawns
  • 1/4 Cup
    Sciabica Cilantro Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon
    Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • 1 - 2


  1. In a bowl, mix Sciabica's Cilantro Olive Oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  2. Skewer the shrimp onto pre-soaked skewers.

    NOTE: We used pre-cooked shrimp, but feel free to use raw shrimp or prawns.

  3. Brush the marinade onto the shrimp skewers.

  4. For cooked shrimp: Grill for 3 minutes on each side over med-high heat, or until golden brown.

    For raw shrimp: Grill for 5 minutes on each side over medium heat.

    We used a grill basket to simplify the grilling and turning.

  5. Remove from BBQ and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and the juice of 1 whole lime.
