Instructions

  1. Mediterranean Turkey Burger

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 Cup Bread Crumbs
    2 Eggs
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    ½ Cup Crumbled Feta
    ½ Cup Red Onion, Diced
    1 Tablespoon Mediterranean Medley EVOO
    1 Tbsp Sea Salt + Pepper

    a. Mix all ingredients by hand in mixing bowl
    b. If the mixture is too moist add more breadcrumbs
    c. Form into 4-5 patties
    d. Bake on a non-stick surface or pan sear in Sciabica’s Mission Trail EVOO

  2. Jalapeno Cheddar Burger

    1 lb Lean Ground Beef
    ½ Cup Shredded Cheddar
    ¼ Cup Sciabica Jalapeno EVOO
    5 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
    1 Tbsp Sea Salt + Pepper

    a. Mix all ingredients by hand in mixing bowl
    b. Form into 4-5 patties
    c. Pan sear in Sciabica’s Mission Trail EVOO

  3. Oklahoma Fried Onion Burger

    1 Onion, Thinly Shaved Slices
    1 lb 80/20 Chuck Ground Beef
    Salt + Pepper To Taste
    ¼ Cup Sciabica’s Mission Trail EVOO
    (To Cook)

    a. Lightly roll palm-sized balls of ground beef, do not pack tight
    b. Place ball of meat on cast iron or flattop, top with a small handful of shaved onions
    c. Smash shaved onions into the ground beef ball with a large spatula, forming a patty
    d. Flip once seared and allow onions to caramelize

  4. Vegan Black Bean Burger

    1/2 Onion, minced
    1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
    1 1/2 Cups Old-Fashioned Oats
    1 Can Black Beans
    1 Tsp Ground Cumin
    2 Tsp Chili Powder
    1 (4 oz) Can Chopped Green Chiles
    2 Tbsp Sciabica’s Garlic EVOO
    1 Tbsp Sea Salt + Pepper

    a. Place all ingredients into a food processor
    b. Pulse until all ingredients have thoroughly combined
    c. Form into 4-5 patties
    d. Bake on a non-stick surface or pan sear in Sciabica’s Mission Trail EVOO
