Each season, the Sciabica Family cold-presses dozens of batches of each variety ~ these Limited Release bottles are specially filled with our favorite batch. For our Limited Release Sevillano expect a fuller, fruitier flavor that hits harder on the artichoke aroma and ripe-banana notes!
Sevillano olives are harvested early for a unique “fruit-forward” grassy flavor, reminiscent of a wheatgrass shot! However, even super-fresh Sevillano retains smooth finish with very little bitterness or ‘burn’. It is ideal for dipping, drizzling and dressings because of its distinctive fruitiness. Since the time our company pioneered the pressing of this variety in the early 80’s, it has become our most popular table olive oil especially for rustic bread dipping.
