INGREDIENTS: Durum Wheat Semolina, Niacin, Ferrous Sulfate (Iron), Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid
3/4LB Sciabica Family Penne Rigate
2 TBSP Sciabica’s Basil Olive Oil
8oz Whole Peeled Canned Tomatoes (we used Alta Cucina)
1/2 to 1 CUP Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese
Boil pasta in salted water according to instructions. Drain then toss with Basil Olive Oil. Mix in canned tomatoes. Mix in cheese. Serve then sprinkle cheese on individual servings. Fresh crack black pepper to taste.
