Discovered at the Farmers Market. When Loews Hotel San Francisco began their search for local artisan-crafted food for their hyper-local program, they naturally started at the San Francisco Farmers Market at the Ferry Building. The Sciabica Family has been a mainstay at that market for decades and was lucky enough to be discovered by Loews. As soon as Jonathan Sciabica heard about the program, he jumped at the opportunity. A few months (and one really cool photo) later and Loews is now infusing Sciabica’s California Olive Oil throughout the hotel.
