This is a great recipe for an appetizer that is scrumdiddlyumptious! Use your favorite flavor of Sciabica’s California Olive Oil! Jalapeno, Habanero, Garlic… YUM! We used an air fryer, but these taquitos can be perfectly baked in the oven or fried in a pan. For even more deliciousness, top with our Guacamole!

2 Whole Rotisserie Chicken Breasts
1/3 Cup Monterey Jack
1/4 Cup Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Salsa Verde
1 Tbsp Minced Chipotle Peppers
1 Tbsp Dice Jalapenos
1 Tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Your Favorite Siabica's California Olive Oil
1 Package of Fajita Flour Tortillas
Shred the chicken breasts, then place the meat in a large bowl.
Add Monterey Jack cheese and softened cream cheese to the bowl. Then add salsa verde, minced chipotle peppers, diced jalapenos, and salt. Combine in the bowl.
Warm up the tortillas (we prefer using a hot skillet). Spread at least one spoonful of the chicken mixture across the center of the tortilla. Roll the tortilla up and brush the end of the tortilla with Sciabica's California Olive Oil to seal the taquito.
lace in the air fryer basket, brush the top of the taquito with your choice of Sciabica’s California Olive Oil. Cook for 15 minutes at 400℉.
Remove from the basket. Top with guacamole (click the link above) or any toppings you would like.
