I have used some of this oil in a restaurant but wanted to try it at home. I got the same result. The oil is clear and clean with a golden hue. As an EVOO, the taste is pleasant with no lingering aftertaste other than the garlic. Mine was garlic infused. Very aromatic and the smell lingered long after cooking, which is fine with me. Don’t let the clear glass of the bottle distract you. Colored glass is not a guarantee of quality . Store properly and glass is not a problem. This is to date, one of the best oils I have tasted. The coast is incredibly low for such a high quality oil. Buy it. You will not be disappointed. I for one, would love to tour the facility or fields and see how they do it so well.
The Sciatica Lemon Olive Oil is wonderful...fresh, lemony and delicious. I enjoy it in salad dressings, as a drizzle over fresh asparagus and it's wonderful spread on fresh baguettes with a pinch of sea salt. I Highly recommend this olive oil.
